CAMTOX REGULAR
Contains none of the undesirable substances common to other types of laboratory cleaners. It works efficiently without phosphates, nitrates, sulphates, enzymes, caustic substances or any other known pollutants. Suitable for radioactive decontamination, ideal for the removal of blood and other proteins, oil and grease.
A truly unique product at a reasonable price. Camtox has useful buffering properties with mineral acids such as Hydrochloric and Sulphuric acid i.e. 150ml of a 5% solution can effectively neutralise 30ml of N/10 HCl.
TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
A unique homogeneous blend of sequestrants, surfactants and hyper wetting agents. Camtox is a water suitable colloid suitable for use with any materials: glassware, plastics, metals, fabrics, ceramics, wood - and will not damage painted surfaces when used as directed.
GENERAL DILUTION GUIDE
- Radioactive decontamination 20:1
- Laboratory glassware depending on soiling 30:1 to 40:1
- General purpose surface cleaning 20:1
- Heavy duty soiling 10:1
- Oil and grease 10:1
These are only general recommendations. Heating, agitating, or brushing can reduce both concentrations required and soaking times.
CAMTOX CONCENTRATE
Camtox Concentrate offers an alternative to the two pre-strength dilutions of our regular and industrial material. Concentrate is formulated for industrial R&D work for heavy soiling applications where increased concentration by trial and error may prove more effective than the standard products. Can also be used for all general applications and is suitable for extreme dilution without loss of effect.
CAMTOX INDUSTRIAL
A higher concentration Camtox solution used for more general industrial cleaning, whilst maintaining all the features and benefits of the original materials. Cleaning action is the result of continuous random movement of atoms that cause the molecules in Camtox to separate, left and hold in suspension oil and dirt molecules that have been separated and attached by the cleaner. This special colloidal structure, molecular cleaning action, will continue as long as moisture is present to carry away and suspend oil, dirt and biodegradable residues.
